good stay with a few areas for improvement

The location near the metro station made our travel easy. The views from the rooftop restaurant were stunning during sunset. We loved the eco-friendly room amenities, including plastic-free toiletries.

We loved the chic atmosphere and the stunning view from our room. The location made it easy to explore attractions like the Ferris Wheel and St Stephen's Cathedral. Don’t miss out on cocktails at The Loft—amazing vibes! Perfect for a fun getaway.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. we waited too long for our orders and there seemed to be mix-ups with the food. Staff were friendly but just needed better organization.

I had an incredible stay with breathtaking views from my room and an amazing dining experience at the restaurant. The attentive service and the delicious breakfast really made my trip unforgettable! I would definitely choose this place again!

Would recommend for an overnight stay

Stunning view, modern room, and fantastic service made my family with children feel truly welcome, with a complimentary minibar and a rooftop bar that served delicious cocktails while providing breathtaking views of the city.

Everything met my expectations.

The breakfast spread was an absolute delight, with loads of options that kept me exploring new tastes each morning. The rooftop restaurant, Das Loft, served up spectacular cocktails while overlooking the stunning Vienna skyline—seriously, it’s a view you won’t forget! Plus, the SO Cozy Queen Room with Ferris Wheel View added a special touch to my stay.

Unfortunately, they held onto €100 from our card daily, catching us off guard. There's a bit of a communication gap here because when you’re on a budget, that’s a hefty sum to start your holiday down. Even so, I managed to enjoy my time and soak in the charm of Vienna.

I loved the modern decor of So/ Vienna, with its chic design and comfortable furnishings that were easy to navigate. The spacious room and thoughtful amenities made my stay truly enjoyable and stress-free, especially with the beautiful views of the city.

Breakfast service could be more efficient for seniors.

So/ Vienna offered a delightful experience with stunning views from my SO Comfy King Room, and the luxurious breakfast kept me eagerly anticipating mornings. While the pre-authorization on my card felt burdensome, the exceptional service and prime location truly enriched my stay.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the stunning views from our spacious room. The modern amenities were perfect for our family, and the rooftop bar was a hit with delicious cocktails. The staff was genuinely friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available onsite.

so/ has an excellent location! everything is within walking distance, including our concert venue. our room was spacious and clean with a nice view. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. i loved the personalized treatments at the spa, especially the so legally stoned signature treatment!

Great location, but some hiccups

We stayed for 4 nights and the location was super convenient with easy access to public transport. The staff was friendly, but the check-in was a bit confusing due to a room mix-up. The breakfast was delish, but I felt a bit off with the way the front desk handled our situation. Overall, a cool place to crash.

we celebrated my birthday at this hotel and had an amazing experience. the room was spacious, with stunning views of st stephen's cathedral and fantastic amenities. this stay exceeded my expectations in every way, especially the wonderful rooftop bar and breakfast spread.
